With a calm, transparent and shallow water the lake of Sanguinet ensures a safe bathing for all the family. Supervised beach in July and August. The quality of the lake water is posted in the town hall and in the tourist information office. The access of domestic animals is forbidden from April 15th to September 30th on the beaches and in the waters of the lake from the port of Estey to the beach of Broustaricq.
In order to offer disabled people the possibility to access water-related leisure activities, a tiralo is at your disposal. Please contact the first aid post on site.
Good to know
- Supervised beach in July and August
- Follow the safety instructions of the lifeguards in the swimming areas
- Beware of sunburn, even on cloudy days. Use sunscreen
- Enter the water gradually to avoid the risk of hydrocution
- The lake is a natural space: protect it by respecting the environment
- Contribute to the cleanliness of the beaches, do not throw your garbage and cigarette butts on the sand
- Campfires and wilderness camping are forbidden
