Prema Yoga Studio
We offer weekly yoga classes for everyone, whether you're an adult, child, teenager or mother-to-be. In addition to yoga classes, our offer includes muscle strengthening, Qi Gong and Pilates sessions .

Yin Yoga Mondays and Thursdays at 7.45pm
A gentle, regenerating and meditative practice in line with traditional Chinese medicine, working on connective tissues and meridians.
Hatha flow Thursdays, 6.15pm
Fluid practice of hatha yoga, muscular work for strength and flexibility, relaxation and meditation.
Hatha and Yin Sundays at 6:30 p.m.
Dynamic practice ending with gentle breathing and relaxation.
