For the 2024 season, I'm offering massage services at the cabane du bien-être, by the water's edge on Maguide beach. A true sensory voyage, this massage with ayurvedic oils from head to toe is gentle, deep and rhythmic.

I adapt to your needs and combine a variety of techniques to release deep-seated tension, improve blood and lymph circulation, detoxify the body and bring a deep sense of well-being and vitality.

I also offer customized massages, as well as massages for pregnant women and children.

• Abyanga full body massage (60 or 90 min.): A true sensory voyage, this massage with ayurvedic oils from head to toe is gentle, deep and rhythmic. I adapt to your needs and combine different techniques to deeply release tension, improve blood & lymph circulation, detoxify the body and bring a deep sense of well-being & vitality.
• Personalized Abyanga massage (30 min.): A sensory journey based on your needs and desires, you choose the areas to be massaged (e.g. back, neck, face and skull / legs and feet / back, etc.).
• Prenatal Garbhini massage (60 min.): A gentle, relaxing massage tailored to each mother-to-be and stage of pregnancy (from 4 months of pregnancy).
• Child massage (25 min.): This gentle massage is entirely personalized to your child. It brings deep relaxation and encourages your child's development. (From age 5. Accompanied by an adult required)
