After working as a ceramist for over 30 years, giving courses and exhibiting extensively, I put this activity on hold to devote myself to my other passion, Shiatsu.
During my sessions, I met many people who had difficulty settling down and concentrating.
To these people I recommended art therapy sessions, painting and ceramics in particular. The results were very positive.
The hands work, the mind lightens and the soul calms. This calming is contagious, and the path to creativity is effortless and a real pleasure.
The activity is even better accompanied by refreshment and a sweet treat....
