LHUMEN, Méthode Feldenkraïs

With LHUMEN, le sens du mouvement, Stéphanie invites you to discover the Feldenkraïs© Method, a gentle bodywork practice new to the north of the Landes and the Bassin d'Arcachon. The heart of this innovative method is to give you the keys to learning how to reconnect with movement, at your own pace and according to your own limitations. In the Awareness Through Movement© sessions, you don't have to reproduce any movements; you just let yourself be guided by the instructions given orally, listening to your inner feelings. The more you become aware of how the movement takes place, the better you'll be able to mobilize your body, and the better the effort/efficiency ratio will be.

It's an experience that grows richer with each session, and one that you can transpose to your everyday gestures, or to your sporting, artistic or well-being practices.
