Oli

Oli is a project born of the imagination of three friends from elsewhere, all of whom have traveled all over the world, but all of whom share a passion for the southwest of France, and above all for its beverages and gastronomy. Our aim is to revisit the art of Southwestern gastronomy through the notion of sharing. So everything is presented as tapas. With a simple menu to focus on the quality of our products and the quality of our relationship with our suppliers. Finally, we advocate peace, benevolence and tranquility. It's in this spirit that we've chosen to create a place on a human scale, with a small team, counter service and digital ordering, to limit the hustle and bustle.
